Senior Account Executive

Charlie brings 25 years of experience scaling and developing sales teams. He leads the Divvy sales team and strategy and strives to make the workplace work better through transformative, integrated, and customized solutions. Charlie holds a B.A. from Saint Johns University, is an avid St. Louis Sports Fan, self-proclaimed globe trekker, and enjoys the outdoors and all things family.

Alicia Henderson

Culture Strategist

Alicia specializes in client relations and event planning. Prior to joining Divvy Engagement, Alicia worked for a major retailer on a team where she consistently exceeded sales goals. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California Baptist University. Outside of work, Alicia is active within her community by helping at-risk youths and providing simple necessities for the less fortunate.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Politics and Security from the University of North Texas.

Brian has more than 18 years of product experience across various industries, including B2C and B2B. He enjoys leading product teams in their never-ending mission to create and innovate solutions to customer problems. Brian is proud to work with the product team at Divvy to help clients improve their employee engagement and satisfaction. Brian majored in Physics and History at the University of Utah.

Rick is a serial entrepreneur with a background in behavior change. Rick has been instrumental in leading digital engagement and transformation initiatives at Divvy, iRewardHealth, Vilua, and Green Light Behavioral Health. With academic and clinical training at Boston College and Harvard Medical School, he brings the science of behavior change at scale to every project he engages with.

Franklin has over 20 years experience in the finance industry, leading direct investments into private companies and with investment banking experience in New York, London and Providence. He is founder of Essex Bay Capital, which holds a majority stake in Divvy Engagement. Franklin has led investments in the industrial, business services, healthcare and technology markets, among others and is deeply committed to Divvy’s long-term success. He holds a BA in Russian Studies and Economics from Middlebury College.

Yash brings over 15 years of operating and investing experience in healthcare, life science and industrial markets working with private equity and public companies. He is Managing Director at Essex Bay Capital, and is a proven expert in revenue growth strategies and profitability acceleration. He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
